Shipping & Customs


Starting March 27, 2021 the PACT will require online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) with I.D. check on all deliveries nationwide. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.

In addition to these requirements, most major shipping carriers will no longer be shipping vaping products. However, dotmod Inc. is committed to providing our vaping products to as many customers as possible.  Our team will be using a new shipping solution which is in compliance with the different state and federal laws.

Unfortunately, we may not have full shipping coverage for the initial rollout with new shipping carriers and may not be able to serve our entire customer base due to lack of carrier service. However, we are constantly looking into ways to expand shipping to all locations. Shipping options, costs, and coverage area will be made available during the checkout process once this carrier has become available on our site. If we are unable to ship to your State or Address, there will be no shipping options available to complete the checkout process.

    • US Customers: USPS, GLS 
    • EU Customers: French Post (ships out of France), UPS / FedEx  Drop Ship
    • Other Countries: UPS / FedEx Drop Ship

* Please understand due to restrictions, we are not able to guarantee shipment with the selected shipping option at checkout. If we are unable to ship with the selected option, we will ship with the closest matching option available at time of shipment.

Our shipping department is open Monday – Friday.  We are unable to process orders on weekends and major holidays.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing of your order (business days do not include weekends or holidays).  Shipping time is in addition to processing and packing time.

dotmod reserves the right to ship products from any warehouse based on product availability, tariff fees may apply.


Shipping fees are determined by the carrier and are charged at the time of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Some countries may impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay to dotmod, Inc. and it is your responsibility to pay them.


dotmod, Inc. will make every attempt to ship all products contained within one order at the same time.  Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as soon as they become available.


Dotmod, Inc., is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.  We will, however, do our best to assist you once you have filed a claim with the carrier: Please contact the carrier and file a claim. Then contact and provide the claim number.

Deliveries within USA

Please contact the carrier and file a claim. Then contact and provide the claim number.  We are happy to assist in locating your package. Once the carrier pays the claim we will gladly replace or refund your order.

All other countries

Please contact the carrier in your area to file a claim and complete any paperwork they require the intended recipient to complete. We will, however, do our best to assist you once you have filed a claim with the carrier:


THIS OPTION DOES NOT ALLOW CLAIMS FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.  Selecting an uninsured shipping option for your order means you understand that dotmod, Inc. is unable to assist in locating your late or missing package and can not replace your products if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  Also please be advised that uninsured shipping options do not allow for guaranteed shipping times or delivery dates, and shipping can take up to two weeks or more.  


Dotmod, Inc. is not responsible for orders that are shipped to freight forwarders. Selecting to have your order shipped to a freight forwarder means you understand Dotmod is unable to assist or replace your products if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  If you have issues with an order using a freight forwarder, please contact the shipping carrier or freight forwarder for assistance.  


Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt. Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes or damaged items must be received by dotmod, Inc. within 72 hours of delivery.

If there are any issues with your shipment, please save all external and internal packaging materials, packing slips, and any other document inserts. Please contact as soon as possible regarding any errors. 

What Information Do I Need to Provide?

  • Photocopies of all shipping documents and packing slips
  • Information on what products are missing/wrong or damaged
  • If applicable, photocopies, photographs or video of the issue

Customer Service will create a ticket in our system and work with you until resolution of the issue.
