Starting March 2021, the dotStick coils (Nord style coils) have received a slight upgrade. The new coil design features a new “single” O-Ring ring (thicker in diameter) at the top of the coil that prevents leaking and vacuum changes in the tank. Along with this O-Ring adjustment, there is also a new cut out at the base of the coil to prevent the positive coil lead from deforming the coil mesh from pressure of the connection causing hot spots and therefore extending the lifespan of the coil.
