In order to reach our company goals of fiscal and environmental responsibility we have implemented a recycling program. At dotmod we are working everyday to improve our toll on the environment, from installing solar to help offset the carbon impact of our machining center to the choice of materials we use in our products to be as reusable as possible. Not only are we committed to bringing you the highest quality vape experience possible we also work to eliminate single use plastic in our devices.
Have you broken your dotmod? Exceeded its lifespan? Have no further use of the mod and want to do your part to protect the environment? Now you can, all while earning credit toward your next purchase in just 3 easy steps:
1. Contact us at R3program@dotmod.com with information on the device(s) you are returning. (Picture of serial number on the device(s), return tracking, reason for recycle)
2. Upon verification of the provided product and tracking information, we will issue a discount code (up to 10%) for use on your next purchase.
3. Once received, dotmod will process your device into its components and responsibly recycle them in an environmentally and ethically responsible manner.
